Does the Iraqi Interim Government need to Approve

Yesterday U.S. Jets Attack Fallujah Safe House in an attempt to "take out" Abu Musab al-Zarqawi (a suspected al Qaeda leader). I read all the way through the article twice, but I couldn't find where the Iraqi interim government had given approval for the US to launch missiles into Falluja. Are ongoing attacks by "coalition forces" grandfathered into the Iraqi constitution?

Funny how that works...I wonder where all the oil revenue is going !
- the UN resolution and Congressional authorization for force to be applied in Iraq both sanction the strike(s) - note the fancy rhetoric i used with which to cloak a killing industry, though no doubt the other side of this polarity could quote some eloqent verses from Al Qu'ran with which to cloak their killing - really, what is the difference? The simplicity of one pilot pushing one button from an airplane or some jihadist pushing a button to remotely detonate an IED on the side of the road with equal results - equal committment and sense of righteousness of both sides - one man's terrorist is another's saviour, distinguished by attire and language only?? Both sides use the same vehicles to justify their actions - both invoke higher powers to aid their fight - both seek control of the oil revenues
The oil revenue is going where it was originally intended. It's funny how the Arab world cries wolf and yet they are perennially ruled by traitors.
