I did a presentation this week on US Hegemony - our open claiming of our willingness to claim the empire. It examined the Nuclear Posture Review, the National Security Strategy of the U.S. - 2002, Total Information Awareness System, and the use of force against Iraq. If you are interested, it is available as a PowerPoint document at http://spot.pcc.edu/~rwolf/wolfwrite/hegemony_show.ppt
If that link doesn't work, just select my webpage link (in the sidebar) then the Writings and Presentations by Dr.Wolf link in the left column of home page.
