The Mountain Sentinel

Hi all, I would like to recommend Dale Allen Pfeiffer's The Mountain Sentinel. The magazine is in its second volume. The current volume (available for $2.50 pdf or $7.50 print and bound) covers issues from the laws of thermodynamics to biofuel issues, to ANWR.

The Mountain Sentinel is a periodical dedicated to the advance of a sustainable and equitable society based on the commonality of all living things and the ecosystems of which they are a part. The Mountain Sentinel reports on issues of sustainability, social justice, environmental problems, resource depletion and the labor movement. It also publishes short stories and serialized fiction dealing with these topics. The periodical is produced by Dale Allen Pfeiffer, geologist, science journalist, novelist, and it features his writing.
