Dear Veterans,

Thank you veterans for your service to our country.

Thank you for the sacrifices made on our behalf, and for living with the life long effects of your service.

Thank you to those veterans who stand up and speak out to keep our nation on the path, and continue the fight against the abusive use of U.S. military force.

Thank you soldiers of conscience.

Thank you Winter Soldiers.

Thank you for fighting for this nation when you left the uniform behind.

My sincere thanks to the many of you for being my friends and moral support., and for covering my back when the arrows of hatred and repression fly.

I promise you that I will always continue the struggle to hold our nation to its highest ideals, and to fight for the recognition and support you need and deserve for the sacrifices you have made in our name.
