For all those veterans (and those who care about them) who have Gulf War Syndrome (now called "illness') it has been determined it is not in your head. Here are a couple of articles and a link to the full report [CNN, American Legion -- report].

Of course, most of us already knew this, and many have fought the DoD and VA over it, and they denied and lied for over a decade. FINALLY, they can't pretend Gulf War Syndrome isn't real anymore.
